By using MSPKeep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services

MSPKeep provides Microsoft 365 multi-tenant management for MSPs. Services are in development and features may change.

3. Acceptable Use

Use Services lawfully. Do not violate laws, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer.

4. Privacy

You retain rights to your data. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid or £100, whichever is greater.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws of England and Wales.
